Jewelry purchased through official GEOTREK channels is covered by one year of complimentary warranty service from the date of purchase. Please contact customer service to confirm the scope of coverage. Repairs generally take 15–20 business days, subject to the work required. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways in connection with repairs, as well as any applicable taxes. Repairs outside the complimentary warranty period or scope will incur material and repair fees based on the work required.

• Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, body lotion, cleaners, and other chemicals.
• We recommend removing your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising.
• When not in use, store each piece separately in a sealed bag or jewelry pouch to avoid rubbing against other jewelry. Keep it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

• For everyday care, gently wipe the surface with a dry, soft cotton cloth.
• If a silver-colored piece tarnishes, gently wipe it with a silver polishing cloth or the white side of a silver polishing block to help restore its surface luster.
• Avoid hard-bristled brushes and cleaners containing abrasive particles.
